I designed this costume for CONvergence 2019, which is an annual celebration of all fandoms held here in the Twin Cities. It's made from carpeting foam, blue camping mat, EVA foam, and duct tape. I use side-release buckles to connect the pieces and make getting into and out of the costume easier.

 

 

40K Space Marine at CONvergence 2019I found the side-release buckles at Ax Man in Saint Paul. It was a great find.

My other costume for CONvegence 2019 was Detective Miller from The Expanse.

My goal for CONvergence 2020 is to create another style of Warhammer 40K Space Marine armor, The Terminator.
