Wednesday, January 23, 2019 - 10:45am - 11:45am Strength Training for Teens canceled for Wed 30 Jan due to extreme cold. This 6-week session extended to Wed 27 Feb to make-up for the missed class.
Instructed by Certified Personal Trainer Kelsey Brodt, the class will cover proper form and technique for strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and gym etiquette.
