Minnesota History Center

Celebrate the European "Year of Creativity and Innovation" and Europe's links to Minnesota during this family day presented by Concordia Language Villages and sponsored by the European Union. Events include learning about eco-building and the energy efficienct German Passive House; dressing up in folk costume for a picture to download at home; leaving a YouTube message; creating art projects; dancing to popular European music; traveling across Europe on a jumbo map; and meeting global speakers including Eric Dregni, author of "In Cod We Trust: Living the Norwegian Dream," "Midwest Marvels" and "Weird Minnesota."
