Nestled within the Elm Creek Park Reserve, in the sugar maple and basswood flood plain forest of Rush Creek, the 6,800-square-foot Eastman Nature Center is a peaceful retreat where visitors can explore the natural world. Among the displays and exhibits in the nature center, you’ll find artifacts and stories from the Swiss pioneers who settled on land that is now part of the Elm Creek Park Reserve. For inquisitive guests, our staff offers a variety of fun, hands-on educational programs for general public and school groups.
